Visitors aboard the decommissioned Iowa-Class Battleship USS Wisconsin (BB-64) watch as the Freedom-Class Littoral Combat Ship USS Sioux City (LCS-11) passes along the Elizabeth River. Sioux City was as the tail end of the parade of sail during the 43rd Annual Harborfest in Downtown Norfolk, Virginia.
