Chief petty officers lead chief selectees in an early morning run on the flight deck aboard Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). This marks one of many physical training sessions the selectees will go through during their chief induction, where they are transformed from first class petty officers into chief petty officers. Truman is underway in the Atlantic Ocean conducting carrier qualifications. (U.S. Navy photo/Chief Mass Communication Specialist Michael J. Roberts)
