Col. Dee Jay Katzer, command engineer for Air Combat Command, attempts to grab a ball during a cone touch challenge during a squadron tour, May 22, 2019, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. The challenge involved Katzer having to pick up a ball from the cone with a back hoe and then placing it back on the cone without it dropping. Katzer’s first visit to Moody consisted of a base tour, along with visiting various 23d Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) shops. He also observed Airmen from the 23d CES conduct airfield recovery training. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Erick Requadt)
