Col. Dee Jay Katzer, command engineer for Air Combat Command, speaks to Airmen from the 23d Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) during a squadron tour, May 22, 2019, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. Katzer’s first visit to Moody consisted of a base tour, along with visiting various 23d CES shops. He also observed Airmen from the 23d CES conduct airfield recovery training. “(The visit) gives Katzer the opportunity to directly interact with the Airmen of the squadron,” said Lt. Col.
