Air Commandos with the 352nd Special Operations Wing, based out of RAF Mildenhall, conduct military-free-fall in Carentan, Normandy June 5, 2019, to honor the tasks Allied forces undertook during Operation Overlord on the early morning of June 6, 1944. Members from the 352 SOW will conduct memorial airborne operations in honor of the 75th anniversary of D-Day, June 4-10, 2019, an epic multinational operation, D-Day forged partnerships and reinforced trans-Atlantic bonds that remain to this day.
