The Toronto Lake Dam as seen from the overlook area June 4. The Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District manages the reservoir to reduce flood risks to downstream communities.
The Tulsa District is storing flood water and making release decisions, as needed, to mitigate the impact of flooding downstream of dams brought on by several days of heavy rains. They will continue working to lessen the impacts of the flooding in the days and weeks ahead.
