NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (May 31, 2019) Aviation Ordnanceman 2nd Class Tomeccia Jackson, from Summerton, South Carolina, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) weapons department, receives her frocking letter from Chief Warrant Officer Mike Blum during a frocking ceremony at the Victory Arch Monument.
