Coalition and Iraqi security force leadership from Diyala province, Iraq, speak to leaders of a demonstration in Khalis, a village north of Baqubah, that has blocked routes into the city. The demonstration began after several mortar attacks from an unknown enemy, causing more than 500 concerned citizens to protest until they received security and services from the security forces and the local and central governments.
