The U.S. flag is flown at half-staff June 3, 2019, on the garrison flagpole at Fort McCoy, Wis. The half-staffing of the flag was ordered by President Donald J. Trump as a mark of respect honoring the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated in Virginia Beach, Va, on May 31.
