    Col. Andrew M. Purath, the 11th Wing commander for Joint Base Andrews, Md., Chief Master Sgt. Shane Pilgrim, command chief with the 89th Airlift Wing on JBA, and Staff Sgt. Christian Crowe, the ANCOIC of the commercial delivery gate at JBA, cut the ribbon at the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Z Portal Vehicle X-Ray System on base, June 3, 2019.
