Branden Miller, a natural resources specialist for Navy Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic, displays a discarded 8-track tape he recovered on May 30 during NAVFAC Atlantic's observance of Clean the Bay Day 2019. Miller and Mary Anne Morrison were two of 18 NAVFAC Atlantic volunteers who collected 350 pounds of debris from the banks of Norfolk's Lafayette River adjacent to the command's headquarters complex. Miller's prize was named the most unusual or unique item recovered.
