Oregon Army National Guard Pfc. Wesley Shafer, Charlie Company, 3-116th Combined Arms Battalion, 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team, conducts overwatch during dismount operations June 01, 2019, at the National Training Center at Fort Irwin California. Wesley, a 11B infantryman, said that he enjoys being out in the field with other Soldiers and practicing foot patrols.
