U.S. Air Force Col. Dean Lee, 449th AEG commander, accepts the guidon from U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Margaret Woodward, 17th Air Force and U.S. Air Forces Africa commander, during a change of command ceremony here, March 15. The ceremony inducted Lee as the commander and bid farewell to U.S. Air Force Col. David Barnes, outgoing 449th AEG commander.
