SAND SPRINGS, Okla. – Members of the Oklahoma National Guard and Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District work on filling sandbags to fight flooding, near Tulsa, Oklahoma, May 30. The Corps’ Tulsa District is actively supporting local, state and federal agencies to lessen the impacts brought on by many days of heavy rainfall across Oklahoma and Kansas watersheds.
