Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Andre Richards, assigned to USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75), helps clean out the duck pond at the Virginia Zoo by removing dead tree branches during a community service project in Norfolk, Va. Truman sailors conducted community service projects at 12 Hampton Roads locations in an effort to promote community involvement through teamwork and service. Truman is undergoing a docking planned incremental availability at Norfolk Naval Shipyard to conduct maintenance and refurbish shipboard systems.
