Some of the 16 culinary Soldiers assigned to the Culinary Outpost Kiosk were present for the ribbon cutting ceremony May 21. Lt. Col. Curtis Taylor, 1st Infantry Division and Fort Riley chief of staff, spoke directly to them during his speech during the ceremony thanking them for what they are doing to help improve the dining options on Fort Riley.
