Molly Reilly (left), Sackets Harbor mayor, and Lt. Col. James Beaulieu, commander of the 41st Engineer Battalion, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, march in a parade toward the Sackets Harbor bandstand during the village's annual Memorial Honors, hosted by American Legion Post 1757, May 27, 2019, in Sackets Harbor, New York. After the parade Beaulieu spoke during a ceremony honoring members of the U.S. Armed Forces. American Legion members gave the local U.S. Coast Guard a wreath to place in the Black River Bay during the ceremony and performed a 21-gun salute.
