Airman 1st Class Joseph Gonzales-Hernandez, a 314th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, opens the clam doors on a C-130J module, Feb. 27, 2012, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. Gonzales-Hernandez inspects the propeller engines in preparation for a non-destructive inspection. The inspection is performed every six to 12 years or after a certain amount of flying hours based on the area, condition and time flown.
