190524-N-NU281-1074 PACIFIC OCEAN (May 24, 2019) Sailors respond to a simulated medical emergency during a general quarters (GQ) drill aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Michael Murphy (DDG 112). GQ is an evolution where Sailors train to "fight the ship" in the case of casualties such as fire, flooding, medical emergencies or attacks.
