190521-N-SS350-0027 GULF OF OMAN (May 21, 2019) Chief Gunner’s Mate Andrew Jancosek, from Farmersburg, Ind., remounts a seal on a surface vessel torpedo tube aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Bainbridge (DDG 96). Bainbridge is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet areas of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and Pacific through the Western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
