Daniel Madrid started working at Production Plant Barstow when he was 19 years old in 1969. Fifty years later he plays a vital role in keeping the Auxiliary Power Units for the HERCULES M-88 Tank Retriever up and running, May 16. He is also a valuable resource for other artisans working in the Engine Shop at PPB, Marine Depot Maintenance Command aboard the Yermo Annex of Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif.
