Members of the “Rugged” 14th Engineer Battalion, 555th Engineer Brigade re-enlist in a Ceremony at Camp Leatherneck March 3, 2012. U.S. Forces-Afghanistan Deputy Commander for Support Maj. Gen. William E. Rapp administered the Oath to more than 80 soldiers. Rapp served as the Brigade commander of the 555th from 2005-2007.
