Faller, second from right, commander of U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), tours the pilot house of the Freedom-class littoral combat ship USS Sioux City (LCS 11). Littoral combat ships can quickly be configured or reconfigured to support expected missions and operations, making these ships perfect for independent operations or inclusion in adaptive force packages in any area of operation.
