The Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) team consults on a plan of action in preparation for their cyber brief at the Best Cyber Warrior Competition 2019 held at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, May 14, 2019. The CJTF-OIR team had members from all the branches of service: two Army, one Air Force, one Navy and one Marine Corps. During the three-day event, which ran May 14 to 16, the teams engaged in a variety of events designed to challenge the competitors mentally and physically while promoting interoperability and esprit de corps. The Best Cyber Warrior Challenge is designed to create a culture of awareness and understanding at all echelons of cybersecurity and across all services, while in a fun and competitive environment, in order to reduce risk and protect the Army, Department of Defense and personal networks.
