Spc. Raylen Gilliland, a medic with Company C, 1st Battalion, 179th Infantry, 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, returns home from his recent deployment to Afghanistan. "It's kind of a culture shock having everything back," stated Gilliland. "It still hasn't hit everyone yet because we're still going through the process."
