An Airman, assigned to the 178th Wing, listens to Amy Hernandez, the director of psychological health at the 178th Wing, teach a class through Project DAWN about the use of Nalaxone (Narcan) and the opioid crisis in the Dayton area May 6, 2019 at Springfield Air National Guard Base, Ohio. Project DAWN (Deaths Avoided with Nalaxone) is a program that educates personnel on the opioid epidemic and teaches them how to administer Naloxone in an effort to help reduce opioid overdoses in Ohio.
