Overman, the manager of Carteret County, fires a practice stinger missile launcher in 2nd Low Altitude Air Defense Battalion's indoor weapons simulator during a tour of Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point Feb. 29. Overman is a member of the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce Executive Leadership Program. Leadership Carteret exists to help local business executives, small business owners, and their employees gain leadership qualities they can put to use in their community.
