Dakota Bickel of Shirleysburg, a Boy Scout with Juniata Council Troop 237, helps Danielle and Ron Clay of Indiana, Pa. find an identification tag for Danielle’s uncle, Sgt. 1st Class Randy McCaulley, who was killed March 23, 2006 in Afghanistan. The scout troop participated in the 28 Infantry Division Annual Memorial Service in Boalsburg May 19, 2019. The 28th has tags made each year for its fallen warriors.
