SHIMODA, Japan (May17, 2019) Logistics Specialist 3rd Class Daniel Nyers and Fire Controlman (Aegis) 3rd Class Dylan Munn, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stethem (DDG 63), salute the American flag as it is raised by Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force sailors during the 80th annual Shimoda Black Ship Festival Official Ceremony.
