Fort McCoy NCO Academy Denim Day Walk of “Speaking up” was held on 24 APR 2019. The event was coordinated and hosted by victim advocates, MSG Bridgette Loving and SSG Meghan Cross.
Participants wore blue denim jeans and displayed poster boards created by students for the walk. The Denim Day event ended with hanging the posters on the NCOA motor pool fence. The guest speaker Jamie Cram, Garrison SARC. discussed the history behind Denim Day and the importance of consent.
