FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (May 10, 2019) – Delois Clarke holds the Employee Development Award moments after receiving it from Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) leadership at the command’s annual honor awards ceremony. Clarke was recognized for her exemplary execution as a leader across the organization. Her mentorship and persistence has led to a continuous pipeline of highly skilled personnel, enabling the successful maintenance of a key national capability.
