Recruits with Lima Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, swing from one platform to another during Confidence Course II at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, May 14. The course allows recruits to build self-confidence and feel accomplished when completing an obstacle. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Lima Company is scheduled to graduate July 12.
