Spc. Mason Unruh takes the re-enlistment oath at Combat Outpost Amanche on Aug. 8 in Baghdad. Unruh is with Company B, 2nd Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, from Fort Lewis, Wash. The unit deployed to Iraq in late April as part of the surge of troops into the Baghdad area.
