During Third Army/ARCENT’s Black History Month observance, Miss Shelby Reiman, daughter of Sgt. 1st Class Delaney Reimann-Carmejo, Third Army/ARCENT logistics operations non-commissioned officer, performed a skit about the Super Soaker water gun, created by Lonnie G. Johnson, an African-American investor and inventor. Observance celebrated the achievements of African-Americans in American culture and history through poetry, song and historical presentations.
