190509-N-LQ653-1639 CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. (May 9, 2019) An MH-60S Seahawk Helicopter, assigned to the “Wildcards” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 23, flies to refill a 360-gallon “Bambi Bucket” while conducting aerial firefighting training off the coast of Camp Pendleton, Calif alongside the “Merlins” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 3. HSC-23 and HSC-3 are training to better support the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection as wildfire season approaches.
