    U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Desiderio Rincon receives a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal from U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Keith D. Reventlow during an awards ceremony to conclude MEFEX 19 May 9, 2019, at Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. MEFEX 19 is a command post exercise that allows III Marine Expeditionary Force commanders and staff to practice their ability to execute command and control within a notional scenario. Rincon, a native of Pitts, Georgia, is a motor transportation operator with Combat Logistics Regiment 37, 3rd Marine Logistics Group.
