Thomas Lenhardt, the commanding officer for Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 16 and a Woodbridge, Va., native., takes a bite of birthday cake during a cake-cutting ceremony for the unit’s 60th anniversary celebration aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., March 1. The unit celebrated with cake and a breakfast for all the Marines with the unit after speeches from the guest of honor and the command’s senior leadership.
