(May 7, 2019) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Russell Smith holds his command cruise book at the Naval Heritage and History Command exhibit during Sea-Air-Space (SAS) Exposition. The cruise book documents the history of USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) during a 1991 deployment in support of Operation Desert Storm. The annual exposition, hosted by the Navy League of the United States, brings together key military decision makers, the U.S. defense industrial base, and private-sector U.S. companies for an innovative, educational, and professional maritime based event.
