Part of the newly upgraded Conference Center of the Americas at U.S. Southern Command in Doral, Florida, this 6,000-square-foot main conference room can hold 230 guests and is equipped with a movie-theater-sized array of integrated screens. Work is now complete on a $2.5 million modernization project for the 45,000-square-foot conference center. The project, which was managed by the Huntsville, Alabama-based U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, upgraded a suite of facility communication distribution systems in 11 rooms.
