Airman 1st Class Justin Jester, 97th Operation Support Squadron Aviation Resource Management journeyman, assists 2nd Lieutenant Robert Petithomme, 14th Operations Support Squadron student pilot, with out-processing from Altus AFB to their next duty location at the Host Aviation Resource Management office, Feb. 22, 2012. Jester is responsible for the in and out-processing aircrew members arriving and leaving Altus AFB. An aviation resource manager is responsible for ensuring all Altus AFB aircrew member’s records are up to date and are eligible to fly.
