Jordanian Maj. Ahmed Almaharmeh, Jordan Armed Forces (JAF) field artillery brigade operations officer, and U.S. Army Maj. Denis Wagner, 18th Field Artillery Brigade theater security cooperation lead, discuss agreements made and present the Decisive Spear simulations exercise for approval April 4, 2019, to Jordanian Lt. Col. Amer al Smadi, JAF 29th Royal High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) battalion commander. The upcoming simulations exercise will allow JAF and U.S. forces to plan, prepare, execute, and assess together as they move toward future joint operations and live fire exercises.
