Djiboutian special forces soldiers participate in a language class here with U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Timothy Scally, Civil Affairs Team 4902 team sergeant, Feb. 1. The class is part of an ongoing program between soldiers from the Djiboutian special forces and Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, where participants learn and practice conversing in English, Afar and Somali.
