A crew chief with the 188th Fighter Wing communicates with an A-10C Thunderbolt II “Warthog” pilot during preflight checks prior to taxiing at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., Feb. 21. The 188th deployed approximately 300 airmen to Davis-Monthan AFB to participate in Operation Snowbird in preparation for the Flying Razorbacks’ deployment to Afghanistan this summer.
