Members of the Peshmerga media cell share a joke as a Coalition Forces psychological operations team helps set up a recently-divested radio-in-a-box (RIAB) at the Directorate of Awareness building for a test run in Erbil, Iraq, May 2, 2019. The engagement was to discuss the status quo of media capabilities and offer additional assistance to strengthen them.
