GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany (April 24, 2019) – Dr. Andrew Michta, dean of the Marshall Center’s College of International and Security Studies, welcomes 38 participants from 23 nations to the Seminar on Regional Security April 24. This four-week course focuses on European regional security challenges that are driving European political agendas and public discussion. Central to this course is the examination of multiple regional conflicts along European borders, past and ongoing, which will allow participants to enhance their ability to analyze and propose resolution.
