    A soldier with the 15th Security Force Assistance Team, 191st Infantry Brigade, 1st Army Division West, helps Afghan Uniformed Police role-players carry a wounded Afghan police officer to a helicopter, during a medical evacuation exercise at the Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk, La., Feb. 23, 2012. SFAT units are rigorously trained to defend themselves, but their primary role is to train and mentor their Afghan counterparts.
