NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (April 26, 2019) Master Chief Master-at-Arms Jack Mickle, from Hendersonville, Tennessee, receives the American flag from MACS Sarah Monson as part of a flag ceremony during his retirement ceremony at the Mariners' Museum.
