ABF3 Stephanie K. Starley, assigned to the US Navy Air Mobility Command Terminal in Norfolk, re-enlisted this morning in-front of members of her command and family with the iconic turret #1 as a backdrop. The Wisconsin is moored permanently next to the Hampton Roads Naval Museum as a museum ship.
