Roger Hopkins, and caregiver Joey Kuwada and her husband retired Chief Master Sgt. Garrett Kuwada, have formed a new ohana after meeting at the Pacific Air Forces Wounded Warrior CARE event held in January at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.
