Staff Sgt. Riki Foos, a boom operator with the 155th Operations Support Squadron, unravels cordon tape to mark a perimeter around an unexploded explosive ordnance as part of an Ability to Survive and Operate exercise March 9, 2019, at the 155th Air Refueling Wing, Nebraska National Guard air base, Lincoln, Nebraska. If there are any UXOs in the area, the team must report it and create a perimeter around the device to prevent others from going near the UXO.
